GoldenEar Triton Reference Wins Audio Product of the Year

Every year HTSA, a major industry organization, selects one audio product to be honored by their auspicious Audio Product of the Year award. Three years ago GoldenEar's Triton One was so honored. This year, in an unprecedented repeat of this honor, GoldenEar's new top-of-the-line flagship, the Triton Reference, was similarly honored and chosen as the 2017 HTSA Audio Product of the Year. The new ForceFields 30 and 40 boast several significant sonic and cosmetic refinements: A compact, elegant cabinet with a curved top panel inspired by GoldenEar’s award-winning BRX minimizes cabinet resonances. A robust, efficient amplifier with Analog Devices DSP affords a flatter, more extended frequency response for cleaner, deeper bass and lower distortion. The intelligently optimized driver configuration combines ultra-long-throw sub-bass drivers for superior transient performance and downward-firing radiators for extended bass performance and outstanding flexibility for room placement.
