Home Theater Magazine on the SuperCinema 3D Array

Home Theater Magazine's June 2012 Issue mentions the upcoming GoldenEar SuperCinema 3D Array Soundbar in their Coming Attractions article saying: "Secret Sauce: The 3D Array drivers eliminate crosstalk between the left and right channels that has been shown by research to hinder perception of 3D image cues that are present in recordings, but are 'dramatically corrupted in typical soundbar playback' due to the proximity of the (left and right channel) drivers". The SuperCinema 3D Array should be in dealers' showrooms by late this summer.

Sound & Vision "Most Exciting Soundbar"

Brent Butterworth writes, in the recent Sound & Vision Tech Trends 2012 article Soundbars Raise the Bar: "Probably the most exciting soundbar demo I heard was of the new GoldenEar Technology SuperCinema 3D Array. So confident was GoldenEar’s Sandy Gross of the bar’s sound quality that he demo’d it playing stereo music instead of 5.1 — and it delivered smooth sound and a big soundstage. The $999 bar uses six 4.5-inch midrange/ woofers, three tweeters that are slightly smaller versions of the company’s acclaimed HVFR tweeter, and crosstalk cancelation circuitry that helps the bar sound much broader than its 48-inch span."

Home Theater Magazine First to Review New Triton Three

Home Theater Magazine gives a TOP PICK to the all new Triton Three based TritonCinema Three system, where Darryl Wilkinson concludes: "In some ways, the Triton Threes are an even more impressive achievement than the Triton Twos because the lower the price, the harder it is to produce that kind of sonic excellence. The GoldenEar family can be quite proud of its latest progeny."
